Description:
K-State Research and Extension supports a culture of professional excellence including core competency development and subject matter expertise. Extension professionals located in local units are KSRE's front door in communities across Kansas. Investing in their success is critical to achieving the mission of extension.
 
"The Art of Extension" is one of the series of new agent professional development sessions that is to be completed within the first year of employment. An agent will have attended their 3 day Orientation before participating in this session.
Target Audience:
New agents who are within their first year of employment.
Other extension professionals are also welcome to attend.

Description:
Based on the Kansas Leadership Center's Principles, this leadership seminar will be a day filled with leadership initiatives, teambuilding activities and other engaging sessions on learning how to: Diagnose the Situation, Energize Others, Manage Self and Intervene Skillfully.

$5 Registration Fee will include lunch and the "Lessons in Leadership" book from KLC. RSVP by: February 8th
